CCUSA Australia PDS - Cerberus Insurance
There are no network of providers with your insurance plan, so if you need to seek treatment please do so from the nearest medical facilty. In the following circumstances we encourage you to seek treatment in this manner:
Non-Emergency Situations
When you have a non-emergency situation, such as an illness (cold/ flu) or something that does not need immediate emergency treatment, please visit an Urgent Care Center or Walk-in Clinic nearest to you. If you need help locating a provider please call Specialty Assist who will help you on (215) 489 3785 in the USA.
Please pay for any services up front at the time of treatment and submit a claim form along with your receipts and invoices.

Emergency Situations
For any emergency situations please take yourself to the nearest Emergency Room (ER) for treatment. Please also make sure you, your friends or family notify speciality assist immediately of your hospitalization as they will take care of arranging payment to the provider.
